A number of people have been sending in information and details of future races and events they wish to make known to members. Inclusion here does not imply recommendation nor a guarantee of a good time - I am only posting emails that have been sent to the site, secretary or myself.

If any of your members are considering running this race next Sunday 12th July, WE ARE TAKING ENTRIES ON THE DAY. Although reported in Runners World that this was not the case – it was wrong. Full details are available on our website kelsocrawlers.org.uk

This is a fast course, 90% of which is traffic free, set in the grounds of Floors Castle. Race registration is from 9am. in Kelso Rugby Club and the race starts at 10am. Full details are available on our website kelsocrawlers.org.uk

Could I please ask you to draw your club members attention to the Helensburgh Half Marathon which will be held this year on Sunday 9th August. Unfortunately the SA fixture list for 2009 ommitted to include the race. The course is relatively flat and scenic following the Gareloch for much of the way.
