Independence Day Race 4/07/09
Jonny and I found this great race near my home town in Hingham Massachusetts. It is a 4.7 mile race on the 4/7 starting at 7 am. It is on the 4th of July celebrating our declaration of independence from you folk. In typical American fashion it was well organised, many supportive spectators and they had guns, big ones. Down hill all the way, point to point with 4 water stations in 4 miles (just in case).
I "ran" with a good friend of mine, Ann, and Jonny took off trying to beat as many Americans as possible. A great start to an Awesome holiday well worth trying out if you are in these parts any 4th of July.
