Perfect Storm vs Parkrun: Update. 1/04/10
The Edinburgh Parkruns this weekend (5k and 10k) have both been cancelled due to the destruction of the Esplanade by the storms on Tuesday night. The 10k they are hoping to hold at a later date and the next few weeks of running on the Prom are in doubt. Keep an eye on the Parkrun website for news.
Meanwhile here are some photos taken by Craig of the damage done. (More here.) It must have been quite something.

Well not really: here is a couple of pics I took this morning of the Pentlands looking distincly Chamonix-esque. Michael N was up there today and reported the snow wasn't deep but the wind was cold. You betcha! So what ever happened to Global Warming?
